Business relationship:
Policies and conditions govern the relationship between TASSLEEM and its clients, business owners or individuals, referred to in these terms as (Merchant). As for the name (Delivery point client), it is called the merchant client, who is the final destination for delivering shipments and orders.
Policies, Terms and Conditions
1. Quality Policy:
The company is committed to providing high quality and reliable delivery service to business owners and strives to constantly improve its services.
2. Security policy:
The company sets strict policies to verify the identity of the recipient and shall ensure that he is worthy of receiving the package. It also sets policies to keep customer data securely.
3. Pricing policy:
Our prices are fair and transparent, and are compatible with the items and specifications of the order, its quantity and specifications, and the distances traveled. Thus, we do not impose any unjustified additional fees on our customers.
Delivery fees
It is the amount and value of delivering the shipment or order sent with TASSLEEM (Order delivery fees). They are fees determined for each shipment according to its specifications, number, and delivery location.
Payment fees upon delivery
Payment upon receipt fees are specific fees only for orders in which the payment method is chosen as (Payment upon delivery or receipt). It is worth stating that these fees do not pertain to delivering the shipment only, but rather pertain to the option of paying upon receipt of the shipment in addition to the price of the shipment (Whether it is received from the website delivery point customer or from TASSLEEM office and stores).
Price Plans
TASSLEEM reserves the right to set price plans according to the product’s specifications, type, size, dimensions, weight, receiving location, delivery point, and the extent of its compatibility with the company’s policies. In addition, the company also reserves the right to change prices according to changes that may occur at any time.
4. Delivery and delivery policy:
The company determines the extent of delivery or not, as well as the availability of delivery in different locations, and determines delivery dates accurately to improve the delivery services.
5. Post-pickup and delivery services policy:
These services are available to all TASSLEEM customers, and the company does not charge additional fees for the services provided.
6. Complaints Response Policy:
The company is committed to responding to its customers’ complaints quickly and effectively, and resolving problems as quickly as possible.
7. Training policy:
The company develops plans to train its employees on how to deal with the customers, maintain shipments, and improve delivery services.
8. Environmental preservation policy:
- The company is committed to preserving the environment, and uses environmentally friendly means of transportation as much as possible.
- TASSLEEM does not deliver orders that violate the law or harm health or the environment.
Delivery policy:
- We provide delivery services for all commercial and industrial activities, home projects, e-commerce, and more.
– Delivery service is within the State of Qatar only.
– We have 6 types of business delivery services that distinguished our team, with which we changed the concept of delivery:
1- Golden delivery
2- Express delivery
3- Same day delivery
4- Delivery within 24 hours
5- Next day delivery - within 48 hours
6- Scheduled delivery
- Delivery takes place within the specified periods for each type and operations and delivery operations begin from the time we are informed of the request, unless the merchant is informed otherwise.
-  Our team receives delivery requests in 7 different ways:

2- The customer portal on our website
3- (Order Management System) OMS
4- Order tracking link
5- Through TASSLEEM control panel
6- Ordering through WhatsApp
7 - Through Excel spreadsheets via email
Delivery Address:
- TASSLEEM Company is committed to delivering the merchant’s order to the location chosen as the address for the shipment, with the merchant’s obligation to clarify all the delivery address data by choosing the name of the city, the name and number of the district or region, the name and number of the street, and adding any other parameter related to the delivery address for the customer of the delivery point.
 
- Besides, the merchant is committed to adding this information to TASSLEEM until the shipment is delivered.
- The merchant is obligated to ensure that the delivery address and contact information are written correctly, as incorrect shipping instructions lead to delayed delivery of the shipment. However, we may have to impose other fees for the second delivery attempt, or it may lead to the shipment not being delivered and the resulting costs to be paid.
- If a home address that includes a reception or guard service is provided, TASSLEEM will deliver the request to the guard. Thus, the guard can sign for the delivery as long as he has a fixed location in the reception section or inside the building.
10 - If the customer does not receive the shipment sent by the merchant and the shipment returns to the store, the merchant is obligated to the following:
TASSLEEM Company is entitled to the full delivery fee from the merchant if it transports a product from your store location or warehouse to the customer of the delivery point and the customer decides not to receive it for any reason or if we do not find the customer according to the specified and previously agreed upon date, the merchant shall bear the delivery and return fees, which are the value of the fees. Deliver the shipment to the customer's address and return it to the store.
(Any new order will not be shipped or delivered to the customer unless these fees are paid) due to the failure of the delivery point customer to receive the shipment from TASSLEEM and the merchant’s failure to adhere to the concluded contract and his agreement to confirm the shipment of the shipment.
It is worth noting that the shipment does not remain with TASSLEEM and is returned to your store within 48 hours
Cancelling order:
The merchant can cancel the order immediately before confirming it and before the order enters the receiving or delivery stage. However, after receiving confirmation and the vehicles transporting it have moved, the order cannot be canceled except by contacting TASSLEEM customer service and obtaining clear approval from it. Otherwise, the merchant will bear the delivery fees.
If the order arrives incomplete or includes an error:
If the delivery point customer’s order is incomplete or has any error, the incomplete item will be returned to the merchant and the merchant will bear the additional delivery fees.
Delays that occur on holidays, official occasions, weather changes, and any delay caused by the merchant company or its client shall be taken into account, and TASSLEEM does not bear the slightest responsibility for the same.
Shipments that are damaged for reasons attributed to the delivery company TASSLEEM:
If your shipments are damaged due to poor transportation or any error on the part of our company, TASSLEEM will compensate you by paying the cost for the amount of damage.
Money Collection Policy:
When collecting money from the delivery point customer after delivering the shipment, TASSLEEM is not obligated to return the amount on the same day, but it is delivered to the merchant in the next order in cash or by bank transfer at any time.
Working hours:
Working hours are from 10 am to 10 pm, except for Fridays, holidays and official holidays.
General Notes:
TASSLEEM does not transport animals or live organisms.
The address to which the item shall be delivered must be written accurately, emphasizing that we will not bear responsibility for not receiving your order in this case.
Please confirm the shipping costs and details of the process before approval and authorization.

These terms and conditions shall be binding on all parties and shall govern the relationship between them. Meanwhile, TASSLEEM management shall reserve the right to change, modify, add information to, or remove parts of the terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective when they are published on the company's website without prior notice. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for any updates. Therefore, the publication of these special terms and conditions on the company’s website shall constitute your full acceptance of them and any changes to them.
